Welcome to the Terms of Service (ToS) for CivilianLifeRP, a GTA 5 and FiveM roleplay server hosted under the domain civilianliferp.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Ruleset.
General Terms
- CivilianLifeRP may change, update, or revise these ToS at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our services at any time.
- CivilianLifeRP is not liable for any losses or damages incurred through the use of our services.
- We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or any official entity associated with Grand Theft Auto.
Prohibited Conduct
- You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward other players is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting bugs or glitches is forbidden; report issues immediately to staff.
- Claiming ownership of GTA 5 or FiveM content is not permitted.
- Players must be at least 18 years old to access the server.
Refund Policy
- All purchases made through our Tebex store are final and non-refundable.
- Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from CivilianLifeRP services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- We provide no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of our services.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- CivilianLifeRP is not responsible for any damages resulting from service use.
Limitation of Liability
- CivilianLifeRP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CivilianLifeRP, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Ruleset, constitute the entire agreement between you and CivilianLifeRP.
